Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time
Multiple Openings | School-Based Position | Immediate Interviewing
We are actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district serving PreK-8 students for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity for clinicians passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills in an educational setting.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- School-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates of varying backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- School Year Assignment: Anticipated start in October 2026 through May 2027
- Student Population: PreK-8th Grade
- Caseload: To be determined
- Location: School-based setting in the Phoenix, Arizona area
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
