Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted
- Previous experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable in IEP process and goal development
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, flexible approach to working across multiple school locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 60 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
- Conduct assessments and recommend interventions based on evaluation results
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance in accordance with district and state requirements
- Provide services at up to two school sites during the week as assigned
