Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical skills and a willingness to adapt are valued
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students with a variety of needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and meet compliance standards
- Serve as a key resource for educators and families by providing strategies, training, and support
- Participate in professional development activities to stay informed about best practices
