You'll serve a caseload of approximately 60 students across 1-2 schools for a vibrant educational community near Glendale, AZ.
This assignment runs through late May 2027, with an immediate start. As a valued part of the school team, you'll provide essential speech and language services to students, collaborating with educators and families to foster positive outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license (Arizona state licensure or ability to obtain)
- ASHA CCC or current CFY status
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to evidence-based intervention and student growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation and assessment data in line with school policies
- Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and student-focused teams
- Support students in developing communication, language, and social skills
- Provide consultation and resources for staff and caregivers as needed
