We are actively seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in the New Brunswick, New Jersey area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with older students and make a meaningful impact on their communication, language, and academic success.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- CCC-SLP required/preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Position Details

- Location: School-based position in the New Brunswick, NJ area
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support students in developing communication skills that enhance academic and social success
