As a valued member of the educational team, you’ll work with a caseload of approximately 60 students, with responsibilities spanning one to two campuses.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for SLP practice in Texas (or eligibility)
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical skills will be considered
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students, individualized to their IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments as needed
- Document student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional input for student planning
Position Details and Benefits:
