School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Kiel, Wisconsin

Embark on a rewarding contract role supporting students’ communication growth in a collaborative school environment. This opportunity covers a leave from September 1st for approximately ten weeks, concluding around November 6th. You’ll work full-time, dedicating your expertise to a diverse PreK–12th grade caseload of about 40 students. Your focus will be on cultivating meaningful progress for students across developmental stages during this vital coverage period.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Comfortable working with PreK–12th grade populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Current state licensure or eligibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across grade levels
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Support a positive learning environment, adapting strategies to individual needs
