This position is centered on one conveniently located campus, where you’ll provide services across three buildings (all within walking distance). Your caseload will include approximately 44 students, with a mix of direct therapy sessions and consultative services.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Eligibility for state licensure as a School Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience delivering therapy within a school environment strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- A passion for fostering student growth and success
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in 3rd-12th grades
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Offer consultative services and strategies to educators and parents
- Support a diverse group of learners across three buildings within close proximity
Schedule & Structure:
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 7:45 am – 3:45 pm
- Consistent daily routine on a single campus
