This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with their CCC, ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of learners from 3rd through 12th grade.
You’ll work across three buildings—all within walking distance—which allows for a collaborative and connected team environment. With approximately 44 students on your caseload, you’ll provide a blend of direct therapy and consultative services tailored to a diverse student population. Your schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, allowing work-life balance and consistency.
Ideal Profile:
- Holds a current SLP-CCC and meets all state licensure requirements for school-based service
- Previous experience with school-age children, grades 3-12
- Comfortable managing both direct therapy and consultative cases
- Strong communicator, collaborative, and flexible in a multi-building environment
- Organized and able to prioritize a varied caseload effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication services per student IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to support student goals
- Conduct consultative sessions for students requiring indirect services
- Complete required documentation and progress reports accurately and timely
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to multidisciplinary teams
