Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working within school settings and familiarity with IEP processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility for managing multiple caseloads
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and interventions to students, serving three buildings within the campus
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide consultative services to ensure comprehensive support for students’ needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and compliance guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
This is a contract position with set hours from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM—giving you evenings and weekends free. With manageable caseloads in a collaborative school community, you'll have the opportunity to support students’ growth and success in an accessible, welcoming environment.
