Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Kenosha, Wisconsin

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Capable of developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Organized and detail-oriented with reliable documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs among students
- Develop tailored intervention strategies to support students’ communication goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to monitor progress
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
- Provide resources and advocate for students' success in and out of the classroom
