School Speech Language Pathologist - Katy, TX
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of middle and high school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist working on-site for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to serve students in grades 6-8 or 10-12, with assignments thoughtfully considered based on your preferences and proximity. You’ll enjoy a caseload of 50-60 students, working alongside dedicated educators and making a difference in communication skills, social engagement, and academic success.
Candidates can perform the full spectrum of SLP responsibilities—including providing therapy, conducting ARDs, and completing evaluations and testing. If you prefer to focus on supervision, that option is also available. New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are welcome to apply, providing a supportive environment for professional growth. Your expertise and commitment will help shape futures in a collaborative setting.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP license and Florida SLP licensure
- Willingness to submit an image of your active license
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs)
- Ability to manage therapy, ARDs, testing, or focus solely on supervision
- Experience with middle or high school students preferred
- Must complete district-specific fingerprinting (if not already completed)
- Flexible to work at assigned campuses within the Houston area
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to assigned caseload
- Participate in ARDs and student evaluations
- Maintain timely and accurate student documentation
- Collaborate with educational teams and families
- Support diverse learners in achieving communication goals
