Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Joshua, Texas

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license; CCC or CFY accepted
- Previous experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric SLP settings

- Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation and student records
- Effective communication with students, families, and school staff
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech therapy sessions for small groups or individual students, focusing primarily on articulation goals
- Review student speech/language plans and tailor therapy activities to each learner's needs
- Provide services on scheduled Wednesdays (typically 8:00-1:00), with some flexibility in arranging session dates
- Track progress and prepare detailed records for each student
- Collaborate with families, educators, and administrators as needed to support student success
- Ensure a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for diverse learners
This contract spans from early August into early June and is structured to accommodate approximately 7 students, though numbers may vary. With sessions usually scheduled on designated Wednesdays during the school year, you'll enjoy the consistency and flexibility to manage your calendar.
