Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads strongly preferred
- Skilled in developing and executing therapy plans targeting articulation goals
- Ability to work comfortably with small groups and in one-on-one settings
- Strong documentation and progress monitoring skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and understand each student’s individualized speech goals
- Develop targeted lesson plans to address specific articulation and communication needs
- Deliver direct speech therapy services at a local elementary campus
- Work primarily with young elementary-aged students, individually or in pairs
- Document and track student progress in accordance with established objectives
- Maintain collaborative relationships with parents, educators, and support teams
- Adapt to a schedule that typically includes eight Wednesdays each semester, with sessions from 8:00am to 1:00pm (estimated 8 days in the fall semester and 8-10 days in the spring semester)—the exact schedule is flexible
