Position Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license and CCC-SLP certification (or CFY if applicable)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
- Expertise in conducting pediatric speech therapy
- Must be fully vaccinated to support the health of an immunocompromised student
- Comfortable working in a home-based therapy environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver two 45-minute speech therapy sessions per week in the student’s home
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress
- Communicate with caregivers and collaboration teams to ensure cohesive support
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all professional guidelines and regulations
