School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cranston, Rhode Island

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY eligible)
- Experience in pediatrics and/or school-based speech-language therapy
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and related documentation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Dependable and able to work independently in a home setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in both healthcare and educational settings
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (strictly required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct two 45-minute therapy sessions per week in the student's home
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans for the student's unique needs
- Track progress, document sessions, and communicate outcomes to guardians and appropriate school contacts
- Collaborate with educational teams as needed
- Maintain a safe environment, adhering to all health protocols
