Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Cranston, RI

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license (Clinical Fellowship Year applicants welcome)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency in providing SLP services within healthcare or school environments
- Up-to-date vaccination status is essential due to student health considerations
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver two 45-minute therapy sessions per week in the student’s home, focusing on individualized goals
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills and ongoing progress
- Document sessions, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with all involved in the student’s care
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to ethical and professional standards
