Speech Pathology - Jim Thorpe, PA
A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, supporting a school district from January 12, 2026, through June 5, 2026. This role involves approximately 20 hours per week within the hours of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The position focuses primarily on evaluations and providing some direct services as needed, including assisting with make-up services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
- Provide direct speech therapy services when required
- Assist in delivering make-up services to support student needs
- Collaborate with the school team to support students' communication development
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Pennsylvania SLP license (submission of license required)
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours within the specified time frame (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with K-12 students
