Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure in Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Demonstrated experience in pediatrics, preferably within a school setting
- Familiarity with early childhood caseloads preferred
- Ability to manage diverse speech and language needs across early learners
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to early childhood students in a school environment
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to district and state guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
