Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Background in school-based or pediatric SLP preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a diverse educational environment
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in a school-aged population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapy providers for optimal student outcomes
- Document assessments, progress, and services in accordance with professional and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide training or resources to educational staff as needed
- Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where all students can thrive
