School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Pottstown, Pennsylvania

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license/certification is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior school-based experience is highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and special education collaboration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in small group sessions
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support the generalization of communication skills in academic settings
- Complete all required documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and student planning teams as needed
