Required Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license/certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions in individual and group settings
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure holistic support for each student
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for interventions and services
- Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment for all learners
