A K-12 school in Eatonton, GA is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for students in grades 3-5. This contract position is ideal for an SLP with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Georgia, looking to contribute to a dynamic educational environment during the 2023-2024 school year. The role begins ASAP and concludes on May 22, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to school-aged children.
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- SLP-CCC certification in Georgia is required.
- Experience working with K-12 students, preferably grades 3-5.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Schedule and Location:
- 37.5 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Typical hours from 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM.
- Located in Eatonton, GA.
