Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation, intervention, and consultation services for K-12 students within a public school setting. The ideal candidate values collaboration, student-centered care, and evidence-based therapy practices.
Minimum Requirements
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
• Eligibility for Florida Department of Education certification preferred
• Ability to pass school district background screening
Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Support classroom carryover strategies and communication interventions
