Key qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Experience serving PreK–8th grade populations preferred
- Comfortable managing a caseload across multiple school campuses
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Adaptable and proactive in dynamic educational settings
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a caseload of 14 students
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in both group and individual formats
- Work in partnership with educators, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on each student’s achievements and areas for growth
- Travel between two nearby campuses as part of your routine
