School Speech Language Pathologist - Irvine, CA

Work closely with a diverse caseload of 55 students, including both those receiving only speech services and those supported through resource programs, all located at a single site. Your expertise as an SLP with CCC certification will ensure students receive the specialized care they need to thrive academically and socially.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- California state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language therapy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting elementary-age learners with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to a caseload of 55 elementary students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver both individual and group interventions targeting communication and language development
- Offer guidance and resources to support student success in the classroom
This is a full-time, 35-hour per week contract role (7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) that allows you to focus on meaningful, relationship-driven work at a single school site.
