Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services to students with a variety of communication needs.
- Conduct assessments and assist with the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy sessions focused on speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development, as appropriate.
Qualifications For SLP Candidates:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required, depending on assignment.
- School-based experience preferred but not required.
