Professionally, you’ll primarily support one elementary site, with your expertise occasionally needed at a nearby location. Serving a manageable caseload of 51 students, you’ll make a profound impact, providing direct services and collaborating with dedicated educators—all within a consistent 8:10 AM to 4:10 PM schedule (37.5 hours weekly).
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license (Indiana or ability to obtain)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to support an additional site as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assess student needs and document progress
- Consult with teachers and families to support student success
- Travel between sites as required
