School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Brownsburg, Indiana

As an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll primarily work with students at one elementary location and lend your expertise to a second site as needed. Key Qualifications:
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in school-based SLP settings, preferably with elementary-aged students
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload and serve multiple sites
• Collaborative spirit to work alongside teachers, families, and other specialists
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
What You’ll Do:
• Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions to elementary students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs according to student needs and district guidelines
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student progress and advocacy
• Document progress, maintain records, and complete required reports in a timely manner
• Assist at an additional elementary site when necessary, ensuring all students receive quality services
• Uphold high ethical standards and remain current with best practices in the field
