Desired Qualifications:
- SLP licensure valid for Indiana schools
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship supervision available
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Positive, proactive attitude to support student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Delivering therapy services and monitoring student progress
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Supporting two elementary sites as needed, focusing mostly on a primary campus
- Maintaining thorough documentation in line with school policies and compliance guidelines
