What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Experience or enthusiasm for working in a school setting, especially with K-12 students
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families
- Adaptability in managing caseloads of approximately 85-90 students
Your Impact:
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy to K-12 students in both individual and small group settings
- Develop and implement personalized IEP goals in partnership with special education teams
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Partner with teachers and families to support student progress and address communication needs
- Focus exclusively on therapy and progress monitoring—no evaluation responsibilities, as a separate SLP conducts all assessments
