Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Indiana SLP license
- DOE Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated ability to supervise an SLPA
- Experience or interest in working with early childhood or PreK-age students preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver direct speech-language therapy services to PreK children
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to an assigned SLPA
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
