What we're looking for:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Expertise in conducting speech-language evaluations
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational experience
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough speech-language evaluations for K-12 students
- Working collaboratively with another SLP, supporting nonverbal life skills students
- Developing individualized plans to address student communication needs
- Participating in team meetings with staff and families to provide evaluation feedback and recommendations
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school guidelines and regulatory standards
The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week for the academic term from August to June. The focus on evaluations allows your expertise to make a significant impact on student development and the overall team environment.
