A contract opportunity is available for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to make a significant impact in a supportive school environment near Indianapolis, IN. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for approximately 50–70 students.
- Collaborate with a team SLP, particularly in the support of nonverbal life skills students.
- Work alongside other school staff to ensure student needs are identified and addressed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and services provided.
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help develop intervention strategies as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred.
- Demonstrated strength in completing thorough evaluations for K–12 students.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
Assignment Details:
- Contract role running from August 3, 2026 through June 1, 2027.
- 37.5 hours per week, onsite only.
- Focused, manageable caseload.
