We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young learners. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a close-knit team, focusing solely on providing therapy services while a separate clinician conducts all evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License required
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Dedication to supporting diverse learners and tailoring services to individual needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 85-90 students
- Work closely with educators, parents, and support staff to implement IEPs and facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student sessions, progress, and communication
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights when necessary
- Focus on direct therapy, with no evaluation duties required
This contract position runs for the full school year, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week across five days.
