Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Experience in school-based settings, especially with PreK–6 students
- Strong knowledge of evaluation and treatment for a wide range of communication disorders
- Minnesota SLP licensure or eligibility
- Responsive communication style and team-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for PreK–6th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support student success
- Manage and document student progress, adhering to school and regulatory guidelines
- Provide input for IEP development, meetings, and progress reporting
- Offer indirect support and resources to staff and families as needed
