Speech Language Pathologist in Howard Lake, MN

Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience, with PreK–6 preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, speech and language evaluations, and direct therapy
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small educational team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across PreK–6th grade
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of programs
