Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Annandale, MN

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain required credentials
- Background working with school-aged children, especially in PreK-6 settings, is strongly preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services in classroom and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive student support
