What we seek:

  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
  • Knowledge of speech, language, social communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders in children
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to students’ diverse needs

What you’ll do:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with each student's IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support each learner’s progress
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records as required
  • Engage in school meetings, IEP conferences, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to student and staff education around communication strategies and resources
