Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP certification
- Active state licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- Recent experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting
- Familiarity with IEP development, assessment, and therapy planning
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to various grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to approximately 60 students per SLP
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Work onsite at 1-2 campus locations, assigned based on preference or area of expertise
- Complete necessary reports and documentation to ensure compliance
- Serve students at a variety of school sites, including PK, elementary, middle, high school, and 18+ programs
