Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid State licensure to practice as an SLP
- Previous experience in school settings or serving pediatric populations preferred
- Comfort working with PreK–12th grade students; flexibility to support grades based on your strengths and preference
- Demonstrated ability to manage a moderate caseload and provide individualized, evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with school teams and families
- Offer direct therapy and consultation services across a variety of campus settings (assignments based on your expertise)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Maintain timely records and progress reports in accordance with school policies
- Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and IEP meetings as needed
This position runs from August 6th through May 28th, with a standard workweek of 37.5 hours onsite. You may work across one or two campuses, ensuring variety and collaboration. Candidates will be matched with campuses and grade levels according to their preferences and background, including the option to work at a PK campus, elementary, middle, high school, or a specialized 18+ program.
