Qualifications:
- Current Texas SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience in a K–12 school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort working with diverse student needs across multiple school sites
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for students
- Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to assigned caseload
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines
