Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lockhart, TX

Role responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to an assigned caseload of approximately 60 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Provide services across 1–2 assigned school campuses within the district, ranging from PK campuses to high school and specialized programs
- Consult with educators, staff, and families to monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to drive student success and support district goals
