Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Holland, New York

We’re seeking a dedicated professional skilled in providing quality speech and language services to elementary-aged students, starting July 1st and continuing through June 25th. This full-time, 35-hour per week position is ideal for SLPs holding CCCs or those completing their CFY, with flexibility to work with diverse needs across a caseload of approximately 25-40 students.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in working within elementary school settings
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide both direct and consultative speech and language services
- Comfort working with students presenting a range of mild to severe disabilities
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students
- Deliver therapy and support services in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in meetings, case reviews, and parent conferences as needed
