Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility required
- Recent experience in pediatric and/or school-based speech-language pathology strongly preferred
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication, articulation, and language disorders
- Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families in developing comprehensive IEPs
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and driven to foster student progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, and evaluations for student caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver individual and group therapy services in compliance with school policies and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student support
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training as needed
