Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Hillsboro, North Dakota

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state SLP license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Proficiency in evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for a range of communication disorders
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy sessions tailored to diverse student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulations and reporting requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
