Speech Language Pathologist in Highland Park, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Current PEL with Speech-Language Pathologist Endorsement required
- SLP-CCC credential preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, including conducting evaluations and delivering direct therapy
- Strong ability to manage a caseload (cap at 45) and provide outstanding communication with staff and families
- Team-oriented mindset, with flexibility to assist as program needs arise
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals for students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Manage and document student progress for a caseload not exceeding 45 students
- Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing program improvement
- Uphold ethical standards and practices in all interactions and documentation
