Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role supporting elementary students (grades K–6) for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers a manageable caseload (max 20 students) across two school sites, making it ideal for clinicians seeking balance and meaningful student impact.
We welcome CCC-SLPs, Clinical Fellows (CFY), and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted interventions for articulation, language, fluency, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure IEP compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
Qualifications
- Active or eligible SLP license (or SLPA certification)
- CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates and SLPAs accepted
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and therapy planning
- Ability to travel between 2 school sites
