What we’re looking for:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in pediatric therapy, especially within school environments
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms for virtual service delivery
- Skilled in conducting assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-12 students
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively from a remote setting
Your daily responsibilities:
- Manage a specified caseload of K-12 students (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday)
- Conduct speech and language evaluations via teletherapy platforms
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams and parents
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions and monitor progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary consultations
- Offer support and training as needed to school staff and families
