Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for Kansas SLP licensure
- Prior experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings is helpful
- Experience with high school students and supporting low incidence programs is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to high school students in low incidence programs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, progress monitoring, and ongoing documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and generalization of communication skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on communication disorders and intervention strategies
