Preferred Experience & Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience with school-aged children or pediatric caseloads
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to thrive within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes and educational best practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Participate in the development and review of IEPs, contributing expert recommendations
- Maintain thorough, compliant records and reports, tracking student growth and adjusting goals as needed
- Foster a welcoming, supportive atmosphere that encourages student confidence and participation
