- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward goals
- Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and support compliance with school protocols
- Provide consultation and resources to school personnel
