Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Hadley, Massachusetts

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and experience in educational or pediatric healthcare settings
- Strong skills in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic services to K-12 students, with a focus on younger grades
- Familiarity with school-based documentation, IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about student communication development
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students, predominantly PreK–6th grade, as part of a collaborative team
- Conduct thorough evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, consult regularly with teachers and parents, and maintain comprehensive records
- Offer support and resources to school staff to promote language and speech development in the classroom
- Adjust interventions to fit a dynamic, supportive school environment
